CUSTOM ROLLER TRAILERS
Our custom roller trailers are custom designed to fit “Kennedy Pontoon Boats”. They have features that are unique in comparison to other pontoon trailers.
Due to the unique design of the OCTAGONALLY shaped pontoons, these trailers have been fitted with rollers to support the boat. The rollers allow for easy launching and loading at launch ramps. The boat can be loaded quickly even in shallow water.
These roller-style trailers require much less water depth than what is required with bunk-style trailers. Bunk-style trailers normally require enough water depth to “float” the boat on and off of the trailer. This is due to the friction created between the aluminum hull and carpeted bunks of other trailers.

The trailers are designed with long “centering guides” that easily guide the boat on and off the trailer. These guides are visible above the water line when reloading and alleviate the problems with getting the boat correctly centered on the trailer during the loading process.
The trailers have a wide-axle design the greatly increases stability on the highway. The trailers are much more stable than “scissor-style” trailers commonly packaged with other pontoon boats. Side-to-side sway is minimal even when towing during windy conditions.
